The Paid Duty Coordinator will confirm receipt of this information and will connect you with the Region of Waterloo. At that time a representative from the Regional Accounts Receivable Department will be contacting you as soon as possible to assist you with creating a billing account. A 50% deposit will be required to create this account.

For any urgent after-hours paid duty event cancellations, you must contact the on-duty RST Staff Sergeant @ 519-570-9777 X8888 as soon as possible.
