This form must be completed if this is your first time requesting paid duty assistance from the Waterloo Regional Police Service.

Event Details

The Paid Duty Coordinator will confirm receipt of this information and will connect you with the Region of Waterloo. At that time a representative from the Regional Accounts Receivable Department will be contacting you as soon as possible to assist you with creating a billing account. A 50% deposit will be required to create this account.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

After-Hours Event Cancellations

For any urgent after-hours paid duty event cancellations, you must contact the on-duty RST Staff Sergeant @ 519-570-9777 X8888 as soon as possible.
